Qualified Early Years Teacher with Early Years Professional Status. Sarah is a passionate Early Years Teacher, and as a team leader, strives for the best possible provision for the children at Oak Tree Nursery School.
Sarah has been appointed a “Lead Practitioner for Early Years Practice in Lancashire”. Lead Practitioners are specially selected Nursery Practitioners who have been recognised by Lancashire County Council as having exemplary practice. Sarah has been asked by LCC to use her expertise to write training for other nurseries and to invite them to visit and observe our excellent Nursery first hand.”

OLIVIA MOTTERSHEADNursery Manager and Stars Out Of School Deputy Manager
Qualified to degree level in Early Years. Olivia is a hugely enthusiastic early years practitioner who works in the nursery as well as supervising the after school provision for 7-11 year olds at Stanah. Olivia’s particular areas of expertise include Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Outdoor Learning.

APRIL REYNOLDSOut of School Manager, Nursery Deputy Manager and Safeguarding Lead
Level 3 qualified early years practitioner. April is an enthusiastic and passionate early years practitioner who works in the nursery and manages the after school club. She loves being outdoors with the children. As after school manager April ensures the club runs smoothly on a day to day basis.

LINZI THOMPSONForest School Leader and Nursery SENCO
Qualified Forest School Leader and Level Four Qualified in child care. Linzi has joined our team with a wealth of knowledge and experience in early years. She is passionate about outdoor learning and develops weekly Forest School sessions for all our children.
SARA HANKINSONLittle Stars and Breakfast Club Supervisor
Level 3 Qualified Practitioner. Sara is the supervisor of Little Stars After School Club. She has over 20 years’ experience of working in childcare. Sara is a fun-loving practitioner who goes out of her way to get to know the children and families in her care.
ANNETTE SMITHBreakfast and After School Supervisor
Level 3 Qualified Practitioner. Annette has years of experience supporting children in school. She loves playing hall games with the children and all creative activities. Annette is very skilled in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
