Staff from all Oak Tree Nurseries came together to enjoy a Christmas party. After sharing gifts the team went in to Poulton for a Karaoke night at Marvins!!
We are delighted to announce that, Sarah Eaves, Manager and Proprietor, has been appointed a “Lead Practitioner for Early Years Practice in Lancashire”. Lead Practitioners are specially selected Nursery Practitioners who have been recognised by Lancashire County Council as having exemplary practice. Sarah has been asked by LCC to use her expertise to write training

On the 21st of May 2019 the staff at Garstang had their first inspection from Ofsted. They were awarded the nursery the highest judgement of 'Outstanding in all areas'. To view the report click here. The staff would like to thank all the parents and children for their continued support.
We are pleased to announce that all our nurseries have trained Forest School leaders who offer Forest School activities to the children each week. The Forest Schools Approach gives children increased confidence, independence and raises their self-esteem. Joanne is excited to include forest schools activities in our outdoor programme.
